Since we prefer to provide as many services as possible for our site renters, we are constantly evaluating our services and adding new ones as needed. Below are the current services we are offering:
INTERNET
INTERNET
Free Wireless Internet Service is provided for our renters. At extra cost, routers are available if desired. In addition, if you require a faster service than what we provide, you are able to add to the service to suit your needs. This may be something those who work from their RV or Tiny Home who may have high internet usage may desire.
SECURITY GATE
SECURITY GATE
We have installed at the entrance to TimberWoods RV Park, an electric sliding gate for your privacy. You will be provided a code for your specific site; and, for your convenience, a one time fee of $ 50.00 will be charged for a remote opener.
LAUNDRY FACILITY
LAUNDRY FACILITY
We are in the process of constructing a laundry room with two washers and two dryers for our renters use only.
WATER
WATER
Water service and hook-up is provided for each site and included in the site rental fee.
ELECTRICITY
ELECTRICITY
Access to electrical power hook-up is provided for each site. Each site will be required to contact the local electric company to have their electric meter installed and they electric bill will be the responsibility of each renter.
TRASH PICK-UP
TRASH PICK-UP
We have a dumpster available onsite for trash disposal. Each tenant is responsible for depositing their trash into the dumpster. No trash is to be visible near the RV or placed outside of the dumpster.
STORM SHELTERS

We have installed two storm shelters for our residents to use should the need arise.

We are providing our residents with a daytime contact number for our office in Alba, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, which is 903-765-2904, and we will be providing an emergency number they can also call after hours

All of our residents will sign and agree to our Park Rules and Regulations when they sign their rental agreement. This ensures that all residents are required to meet our standards to maintain a high quality, clean and peaceful environment.
