Site Rental Information

TimberWoods RV Park desire is to provide a location that people can call home for short and long term rentals. We prefer to have renters who would like to stay a minimum of three months. We do not rent to overnighters so that our permanent residences can enjoy the peaceful, traffic free environment.

Site Rental Options

We are happy to offer a variety of options for our long term renters. Some of our sites are on gravel rock, and we are pleased to also offer concrete pads. In addition, we also offer the option of allowing you to add a cover for your RV Home and/or one for your vehicle at your expense.

We also offer rental spaces for Tiny Homes.

$ 350.00 site with gravel base (standard)

$ 50.00 addition for site with concrete base

NOTE: Should you desire an RV and/or carport cover(s) like the ones that are presently in our park, we will be happy to refer you to a firm that will be able to install a cover for you at your expense.
